First, I’ll connect with your animal. Get to know their personality and (if alive) will do a body scan and see how they are feeling in their body.

This is about your bond and relationship. Your animal will get to share how they see you. A fun way to learn about your personality from their point of view!
Let them surprise you with how much they know!

The Lesson
After Q & A with your animal, you have the opportunity to connect with your animal on a deeper level. We go to the soul level to discover what lesson they are helping you work on now.
